🔄 Returns

We accept returns on unused, unwashed products in original condition with tags attached.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original packaging, unworn & unused

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless product is damaged or incorrect)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

✔️ Approved Refunds:

  • Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be initated to website wallet.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details for a manual refund

♻️ Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • To request an exchange, email us at support@theurbaneagles.com with your order number and exchange preference.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items worn, damaged, or used

  • Custom, sale, or discounted products

  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.) for hygiene reasons

🛑 Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free return immediately.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
