🔄 Returns Conditions:

  • We accept returns on unused and unwashed products in original condition with tags attached.

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless product is damaged or incorrect)

💸 Refunds 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. 

  • Refund will be processed to website wallet within 5–7 business days.

♻️ Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items worn, damaged or used.

  • Custom, sale, or discounted products

  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.) for hygiene reasons

🛑 Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free return immediately.
